Returns
• After the product arrived, we inspected it and found that it was severely damaged. We negotiated to return the damaged goods or refund the purchase price.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• To request a return, please email us at duolitoys@gmail.com with your order number, reason and product’s pictures for return.
• All returns must be processed through our designated shipping agent. We will arrange return pickup for you. Please do not send items back without our confirmation.
Non-returnable items:
• Used or damaged products not due to our error
• Custom or personalized items
• Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
• If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
• Return shipping is arranged by us via our official logistics partner.
• We’ll provide instructions and schedule the pickup once your return request is approved.
• Please make sure the items are securely packed and ready for collection.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
