Products: After receiving a large shipment and discovering that it is broken, the broken part of the cost can be refunded (Note: usually put more products in case of breakage).

Custom Products: Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival (Note: customized products or personalized products will be sent several times before shipment to confirm the video and product pictures, and only after confirming that there are no any problems will be shipped).
